• Joint filling, done
• Paint, done

To do list:

• Fix broken fence
• New padio tiles/stones
• Drink cold beer
• Utility room cabinets/interior/niceness
• Connect power/call the electrician
• Move washer and dryer
• Drink more cold beer
• Build tool shelf for workshop
• Mechanical lift for beer celler
• Install gigabit LAN in the workshop
• And the list goes on… :)
